Patient Agreement

This Patient Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the limited liability and scope of service provided by MediTreat India. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Service: MediTreat India serves as a medical facilitator, connecting patients with healthcare providers, assisting with travel arrangements, and providing guidance throughout the medical journey. We facilitate access to medical treatments, procedures, and related services in India. However, it is important to note that we do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Our role is solely to assist and coordinate the logistics of your medical travel.

2. Limited Liability: While MediTreat India strives to ensure a seamless and positive experience, it is essential to understand and acknowledge the limitations of our services. We do not directly provide medical treatments, procedures, or any healthcare services. Therefore, we assume no responsibility or liability for the medical outcomes, results, or any related issues that may arise during or after your medical treatment in India.

3. Responsibility for Medical Decisions: As a patient, you are solely responsible for making informed decisions regarding your medical treatment and healthcare. It is crucial to consult with qualified medical professionals to obtain accurate medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment options. MediTreat India strongly recommends seeking the advice of certified healthcare providers and following their recommendations regarding your medical care.

4. Information Accuracy and Disclaimer: While we make every effort to provide accurate and updated information regarding hospitals, doctors, treatments, procedures, and related services, we cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of such information. The details provided on our website, brochures, or other communication channels are for informational purposes only. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of any information before making medical decisions.

5. Assumption of Risk: Engaging the services of MediTreat India involves inherent risks associated with medical travel, including potential travel-related complications, unforeseen medical circumstances, and varying healthcare practices in different countries. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and assume these risks, understanding that MediTreat India shall not be held liable for any resulting damages, losses, or injuries.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or through other communication channels beyond our control.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.

By engaging the services of MediTreat India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Patient Agreement.
